Returns & Refunds Policy
Matcha is a fresh consumable product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the seal is intact and the product is in original condition. Proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
